Nancy Brunning received the Mayoral Award for Significant Contribution to Theatre at the Wellington Theatre Awards on Sunday.  The impact and influence she has on the industry and her colleagues was evident in many of the speeches during the evening.

Nancy was also awarded the Te Tohu Kē a Te Waka Toi on 30 November by Creative NZ at a ceremony in Rotorua.
